
MAGA reporters are outraged that the New York Times published an op-ed about pedophilia 12 years ago and claim that it’s proof that we are entering the “End Times.” They then used it as an opportunity to blame gay people for both pedophilia and the end of the world.
Several commentators on Real America’s Voice discussed a 2014 op-ed entitled “Pedophilia: A Disorder, not a Crime.” Elon Musk – who has been accused of sexual misconduct in the past – called the article “utterly disgusting” 12 years after it was published.

The article is getting traction in right-wing media at the moment as Donald Trump’s name and the names of members of his Cabinet keep appearing in files related to the investigation of child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Musk’s name appears in the Epstein files, and there is even evidence that he tried to visit Epstein’s private Caribbean island, where Epstein’s associates were supplied with young women and underage girls to abuse. Musk denies ever following through with that visit.
Real America’s Voice co-host Terrance Bates called the op-ed “ridiculous” as the commentators raged against the old opinion piece. But then former co-chair of Women for Trump, Gina Loudon, said that it might actually end the world.

First, she said that she remembers when her husband, former Missouri state Sen. John Loudon (R), was “debating these exact kinds of issues,” which she said included “the transition issue, the gay marriage issue.”
She said that LGBTQ+ issues were a “slippery slope.”
“The leftists in their movement will try to use all of the victims, right?” she said, referring to LGBTQ+ youth. “They use that to say ‘Now you agree with that, you agree with this, and you agree with this, you agree with this,’ and it snowballs.”
“Telling you, bestiality is on the table, pedophilia is on the table,” she added. “It’s all on the table. Here’s where we can relax. The Bible was really clear about this from the beginning.”
“The Bible called this out. God told us the End Times would incorporate these perversions and call them normal. And that’s exactly what we’re seeing. So we can rest in the fact of knowing who is on the throne and where we stand in that scenario.”
