President Donald Trump defended Fox News host Mark Levin after former Fox News host Megyn Kelly and former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) insulted Levin by claiming that he has a micropenis.

There is no proof that Levin has the actual medical condition, which can occur among intersex children. Regardless, Kelly and Levin both likely made the accusation as a gender-based insult, implying that the condition makes Levin less of a man.

Kelly’s claim came after Levin reportedly called her an “emotionally unhinged, lewd, and petulant wreck,” stating, “She’s completely revealed and destroyed herself. She’s everything people say she is, but much worse. Never an intelligent, thoughtful, or substantive comment. Utterly toxic.”

In response, Kelly wrote, “Micropenis Mark @marklevinshow thinks he has the monopoly on lewd. He tweets about me obsessively in the crudest, nastiest terms possible. Literally more than some stalkers I’ve had arrested. He doesn’t like it when women like me fight back. Bc of his micropenis.”

Numerous commenters accused Kelly of proving Levin’s point and asked how she personally knows about the size of Levin’s genitals. Kelly noted that web commenters accusing her of being “unhinged” didn’t criticize Levin’s insults against her.

Kelly then accused Levin of “crying to daddy about his Micropenis” after Trump issued a social media message which called Levin “a truly Great American Patriot … somewhat under siege by other people with far less intellect, Capability, and Love for our Country.”

“When you hear others unfairly attack Mark,” he continued, “remember that they are jealous and angry Human Beings, whose ‘sway’ is much less than the Public understands…. Those that speak ill of Mark will quickly fall by the wayside… THEY ARE NOT MAGA, I AM…”

In a follow-up post, Kelly wrote, “Micro penis @marklevinshow is such a SMALL MAN he had to go beg the president for a pat on the head (in the middle of a war!) to make himself feel better about … well, you know.”

“Just like all feckless, weakling bullies Micro can dish it out but he can’t take it. After just one post putting the so-called ‘great one’ in his place, he ran crying to Daddy.”

Former Rep. Greene supported Kelly, writing, “I wholeheartedly support Megyn Kelly telling the world that Mark Levin has a micropenis. It’s the most deserved insult and I don’t care if it’s vulgar. And Trump’s gigantic defense of Levin only enraged the base more. People are DONE. MAGA destroyed by micropenis Mark Levin.”

Poet Joseph Massey, who appeared on The Megan Kelly Show in 2025, criticized the entire incident, writing, “We’re in the third week of war with Iran, thirteen American servicemen are dead, recession fears are rising around the globe, and the president has the time and energy to white knight for Mark Levin. Amazing.”
