OnlyFans model and YouTube star F1NN5TER just cemented their icon legacy after revealing they helped to create one of the biggest trans healthcare providers in the UK: Anne Healthcare.
The genderfluid crossdresser model, whose real name is Jude, said in a Wednesday (19 November) YouTube video that they were behind the creation of Anne Healthcare – a non-profit hormone provider in the UK.
“So if you may remember, years ago now, I started talking about building my own not-for-profit healthcare service for trans adults and trans youth,” they said in the clip. “And… it’s done. In fact, it’s been running very successfully for about a year now.”
Anne Health confirmed the bombshell was true in a statement published alongside F1NN5TER’s video, saying that, without his contribution, the organisation would have not secured its first prescriber in 2024.
F1NN5TER had reportedly donated to another trans healthcare provider beforehand, but became concerned about the “quality” of the care, as well as the use of AI in patient services.
Eventually, he began working with the organisation’s co-founders during the early stages of its creation last year, helping to turn it into one of the highest-reviewed specialised trans clinics in the country.
The organisation provides a plethora of services for trans adults and young people in the UK from private hormone replacement therapy (HRT) prescriptions, to mental health support or surgery referrals.
Lizzie Jordan, co-founder of Anne, said simply that the provider would “not have happened without the money F1NN5TER contributed.”
“Their support secured our first prescriber at a critical moment when we were struggling to find medical professionals willing to work with under-18s and faced resistance from traditional funding sources,” Jordan continued. “Their community brought us our first endocrinologist, who started prescribing to young people.”
The influencer said they kept their involvement in the organisation’s success private to avoid harassment from transphobic groups or anti-trans media outlets.
“Trans people are constantly vilified and made to feel lesser in the UK, overseas, and online,” he said. “Going public with my involvement may help at least a few people receive the lifesaving healthcare they need, and that makes it entirely worth it.”
As part of the announcement, the model shared a Christmas fundraiser which, at the time of reporting, has raised a whopping £35,804—far exceeding its £15,000 goal.
Access to public trans healthcare is becoming increasingly difficult in the UK as wait times for NHS gender clinics continue to rise.
A report from QueerAF, in association with What the Trans!? and Claire’s Trans Talks, revealed that, as of March 2025, many of the 48,000 patients referred to a UK gender clinic are waiting a maximum of two centuries for a first appointment.
Wait times for each clinic across England, Wales, and Scotland vary massively, from just three months in Nottingham, to 41 years in Belfast, and a staggering 224 years in Glasgow.
