A video of a local news reporter cutting off a man claiming that “the gays” caused the LA wildfires is going viral.
The clip shows a journalist with Fox 11 talking with a young man who happened to pass by where she was reporting live.

The reporter said that there are multiple fires happening.
“You’re the news so you’re supposed to know!” he responded.
“I don’t know how it started, we don’t know how it started, there are, you know, winds-” the reporter started to say. Exceptional dryness, prolonged drought, and powerful winds are some of the conditions being blamed for the fires getting as big as they did, killing at least ten people and destroying over 9000 structures by Thursday, according to the LA Times.
“All the, all the, all the, all the gay people in LA-” the man started to say.
“Ok ok, unacceptable,” the reporter said, before turning back to the anchor.
