
President Donald Trump issued another executive order on Tuesday under the banner “Promises made, promises kept” — but this one doesn’t reach that bar.
The new “order” claims to expand “access to in vitro fertilization (IVF) for Americans,” but instead merely directs his domestic policy team to look for ways to make that happen.

“We are going to be, under the Trump administration, we are going to be paying for that treatment,” Trump said in an August 24 interview with NBC. “We’re going to be mandating that the insurance company pay.”
