Congratulations are in order! Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have welcomed their first baby into the world.

The musician, born Colson Baker, took to Instagram on Thursday (27 March) to share the news with fans of their new arrival. “She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed. 3/27/25.”

The post saw a video of their baby’s hands gripping MGK’s fingers. Actress Fox, however, is yet to post about their baby’s birth. 

The pair revealed that they were expecting their rainbow baby together in November after navigating a devastating miscarriage in 2023. 

Fox spoke out about her pregnancy loss in 2023, after addressing her miscarriage in two of the poems featured in her collection, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. Fox was at 10 weeks gestation when she sadly miscarried.

Speaking with Good Morning America about her pregnancy loss for the first time, she said: “I’ve never been through anything like that in my life.

“I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately…trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”

Fox is also a parent to three more children: Noah, 12; Bodhi, 11; and Journey, eight. She co-parents her kids with ex-husband, actor and podcaster Brian Austin Green. 

Meanwhile, MGK shares his 15-year-old daughter Casie with ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon.

The birth of Kelly and Fox’s new baby comes after cheating rumours in February 2023, following their bloody proposal in 2022. The Jennifer’s Body star was forced to dispel the cheating accusations, calling them “baseless”. 

“You need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now,” the star posted at the time. 

In a Call Her Daddy podcast interview last year, where Fox defended her blood ritual with Kelly, the star appeared to confirm that she and the musician were no longer engaged. She added that her relationship with MGK is “not for public consumption”.
