Far-right commentator Michael Knowles told his millions of podcast subscribers that out former Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg is in a pretend marriage with husband Chasten Buttigieg and doesn’t deserve children if he can’t have them “the old-fashioned way.”

“Pete Buttigieg is the most presentable, slick representative of the sexual revolution…. And yet, the most polished and attractive representative of this sexual revolution is horrifying,” Knowles said.

He went on to denigrate Buttigieg’s marriage and said gay people shouldn’t have babies unless they are willing to enter into a straight relationship. The Buttigieges have two children together.

“Why does Pete Buttigieg need to either order a baby through IVF or adopt a baby? Because he refuses to get married and make a baby the old-fashioned way. Which is fine. It’s his prerogative. Nobody’s making him — nobody’s forcing him to get married. And if he wants to – wants to do stuff with another fella, no one’s sending the purity police around to him.”

“But then Pete Buttigieg has to pretend that that’s marriage. And if that’s marriage, and if we live in a culture that views children as something that we’re entitled to rather than as a gift from God, then Pete Buttigieg is entitled to a baby, and whole industries have to crop up to service that supposed entitlement.”

Knowles then claimed the reproductive technologies industry, on which many LGBTQ+ people rely to grow their families, has caused babies to be treated like property.

“And when those industries crop up, well, we are going to treat babies as something that we’re entitled to, which is to say we’re gonna treat them like property.”

Knowles has long been peddling anti-LGBTQ+ views.  He has called for eradicating “transgenderism” and believes that all demons are trans. He also once claimed the adult content site PornHub is actively trying to turn cisgender, straight men gay and trans.

Buttigieg has been extremely vocal in his criticisms of the current administration. In recent years, Buttigieg has emerged as a “secret weapon” for Democrats, proving himself to be one of the party’s most effective communicators of its policies and ideals to potential swing voters with his frequent appearances on Fox News.
