A lesbian who goes by the username Bracefacepineapple is going viral on TikTok after she pointed out that some Pride gear available for purchase at a corporate chain this year is a bit corny.

“I ain’t gonna lie to y’all, Walmart makes me not want to be gay no more,” she said before she showed images of some of the Pride offerings, which included t-shrits with messages like “HOMO ESTAS?” and “Les [bee] an” and “Bi babe.”

The video has been viewed nearly 9 million times on TikTok and has been shared across other platforms.

“It’s giving ‘mom trying to be supportive immediately after their child comes out,'” one person wrote in the comments.

“I actually got the Lesbian shirt today,” someone else wrote.

Many of the products that she showed are available on Walmart’s Pride Always website, including various versions of the “Homo estás” design. Other designs include a t-shirt that says “May the force be with you” with rainbow light sabers and a rainbow flag ready to be worn as a cape.

Back on TikTok, some of the comments and responses criticized Bracefacepineapple for shopping at Walmart.

“We still shopping there?” one person wrote. “They keep playing black folks and queer folks alike, and yall keep GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. Also, less consume less lab made weird shyt.”

She responded by pointing out that she actually works at Walmart. But because this is the internet in 2025, someone told her that working at Walmart is participating in “GCIDE.”

“OK here’s what I’m gonna do since I’m such a bad person for having a job and paying my own bills,” she responded sarcastically. “I’m gonna quit right now today, go set up a GoFundMe, and if I get to 1000 followers, I’m gonna go live and repeatedly beg for money all day long.”
