Celebrity Big Brother star Chris Hughes has undergone an incredible drag makeover from his former co-star star Danny Beard.

Beard, who won season four of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK and placed as the runner-up to the recently concluded season of Celebrity Big Brother, featured on a Tuesday (6 May) episode of KLOSS Community’s Boys In Beat. 

Tasked with transforming Love Island star and controversial housemate Hughes into a drag star, Beard took the chance to give their housemate “the Danny Beard stamp”, and promised that he is going to look “so sexy when we’re finished”. 

Starting by applying “face deodorant” onto Huges, they applied their signature white base onto the star, being cautious to apply it “gently”. 

“Honestly, plough it on, don’t you worry about me,” the reality star replied. 

“No, I don’t want to plough you Chris,” Beard quipped.

It wasn’t long before Hughes’ face was being beat into oblivion, honey. “Are we cooking on gas here or what, KLOSS?”, the artist quipped, baking Hughes’ canvas to perfection. 

Hughes’ look was finished with Beard’s signature black contour, dramatic smokey eyes, full false lashes and a sweep of red lipstick. “I think he looks gorgeous,” Beard declared, admiring their work.

Elsewhere during the video, the pair discussed toxic masculinity, particularly in relation to their former housemate Mickey Rourke’s behaviour on the series. 

Speaking about the character in a YouTube video for Kloss, the pair labelled Mickey “misunderstood”.

“How misunderstood was he at times?” Chris, who stood up for JoJo Siwa against Mickey asked. “He said a lot of bad things.”

“I think that is a story in masculinity right there,” Danny replied. “I liked him. I didn’t like what he said, I didn’t like how he acted at times.”

Rourke was eventually ejected from the house after his “unacceptable” actions, in which he indirectly referred to Dance Moms’ JoJo Siwa using a homophobic slur. Mickey also tried to provoke Chris into a physical fight.

“He was lost a bit, wasn’t he,” Chris said.
