Amy Schneider, the out trans woman who won 40 consecutive Jeopardy! games and became the most successful woman to appear on the show, is getting attention on social media for a post about the growing feud between Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
Musk, who was the biggest donor to Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign and who then took a powerful position in the Trump administration that he used to attempt to collect Americans’ personal data and (likely illegally) freeze federal spending, costing both jobs and lives, turned on Trump this week.

Musk said he turned on Trump because he “just can’t stand it anymore” that the Trump administration and Congressional Republicans are trying to pass a bill that will expand the federal deficit by trillions of dollars, apparently because Musk just learned that Republicans often campaign on reducing the national debt but then support measures that would increase it once in power.

In the feud, Musk accused Trump of being a pedophile, saying that Trump is mentioned in documents related to sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, and that’s why those court records haven’t fully been made public.
In response, Trump has suggested cutting federal contracts to companies Musk owns and said that Musk has “lost his mind.” Trump said that he would sell his Tesla because Musk is the CEO of Tesla.
The feud had people on social media interested since Musk and Trump had been working together for the better part of this year to dismantle the federal government and cut services that had already been authorized by Congress.
Amy Schneider summed up the cause of the feud in a post on X: “World’s Two Most Self-Centered People Have Difficulty Cooperating.”

It’s not clear how Musk would know the contents of court documents related to the prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein, and Musk has a history of accusing people he doesn’t like of being pedophiles without any evidence.
