Dolly Parton is in the building, people! The Queen of Country has announced a mini Las Vegas residency after wrapping her last tour almost a decade ago.
The Country music legend and outspoken LGBTQ+ ally, who finished performing her Pure & Simple Tour in December 2016, is set to perform a string of shows later this year at the Colosseum, Caesars Palace. Still going strong at age 79, Parton’s six-performance residency will also mark her return to Sin City for the first time since 1993.
Fans can expect the singer to perform her hits including “Jolene”, “9 to 5” and “I Will Always Love You”, as well as newer material from her 2024 collaborative album with her family, Smoky Mountain DNA: Family, Faith and Fables. As per a statement on her website, Parton’s Las Vegas residency, which kicks off on 4 December 2025, is dubbed “a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see one of the world’s most beloved entertainers at the peak of her success”.
The musical creator said: “To say I’m excited would be an understatement. I haven’t worked Vegas in years and I’ve always loved singing there. I’m looking so forward to the shows in The Colosseum at Caesars and I hope you are as well. See you there!”
