Kendall Jenner says “the whole side of the internet that thinks I’m a lesbian” is wrong.

While the model, The Kardashians star, and eldest daughter of Caitlyn and Kris Jenner has, over the years, been “romantically linked,” according to People, with Harry Styles, pro-basketball player Devin Brooks, and Bad Bunny, Page Six reports that Jenner has been dogged for years by social media rumors that she is secretly gay or bisexual.

Jenner even addressed those rumors back in a 2018 Vogue profile, chalking the rumors up to the fact that she is more discreet than the rest of her family when it comes to her relationships with men.

“I think it’s because I’m not like all my other sisters, who are like, ‘Here’s me and my boyfriend!’” she told the magazine. “I don’t think I have a bisexual or gay bone in my body, but I don’t know!  Who knows?! I’m all down for experience — not against it whatsoever — but I’ve never been there before.”

Jenner struck a similar note when the topic came up again during her appearance on the most recent episode of out Adults star Owen Thiele’s In Your Dreams podcast.

“There’s the whole side of the internet that thinks I’m a lesbian,” she told Thiele, adding that what bothers her about the rumors is “how mean people are about it.”

“It’s not with, like, a welcoming arm of like, ‘Hey, if you were, yes, come join.’ It’s not kind. It’s very mean. It’s very like, ‘What the f**k are you doing?’” Jenner claimed.

“I understand that coming out is not an easy thing for anybody,” she conceded. “And I’m not saying that that’s an easy thing, but knowing — I can speak for myself here — knowing myself, I think at this point in my life I’d be out if I was [gay].”

“Knowing me and knowing how I would want to live my life, I would be [out],” she added. “I’d have no problem being that.”

Jenner added that she’s seen comments suggesting that she’s closeted because coming out would be “bad for business.”

“I’m like, ‘What? How?’” she said. “I don’t understand it!”

“All’s to say, as of today, I am not [gay],” she joked. “I don’t think I will be, but I’m not closing doors to experiences in life.”
