Two thousand people marched in the Gender Liberation March on Washington D.C. last Saturday, ending up right in front of the conservative Heritage Foundation, the organization responsible for Project 2025.
Marchers voiced their opposition to Project 2025, the conservative plan to reduce personal liberty and consolidate executive power if Donald Trump wins a second term. Marchers demanded bodily autonomy, from access to gender-affirming healthcare to reproductive justice.
